Solid State Industrial LLC aims to generate consistent five to six percent (5%-6%) annual

yields for our limited partner investors by acquiring and managing quality real estate assets in prime locations. In addition to producing reliable annual distributions, we target a ten percent (10%) total annualized return over the investment’s life. Project specific, we also implement an accelerated depreciation strategy to benefit investors who are in the highest marginal income tax brackets. Our comprehensive risk management strategy, encompassing thorough due diligence and active asset management, ensures reliability and potential for higher returns. By focusing on stabilized assets and acquiring properties at low bases, we aim to meet or exceed our total return objectives, regardless of immediate income

stabilization or asset disposition timing.
