Biography
Zaher Samnani is the Principal at Samnani Holdings, a family office specializing in acquiring value-add and stabilized investments,
particularly in the industrial sector with significant holdings in Orange County and San Diego markets. Since 2020, Samnani Holdings has acquired over $50 million in real estate and is experiencing rapid growth. Before joining Samnani Holdings, Zaher worked as an investment analyst for CIM Financial, a family office in Newport Beach. Prior to that, he was an industrial and office leasing and sales broker, primarily focused on the Orange County market. Zaher’s investment strategy is characterized by a conservative approach to aggressive value-add deals, aiming to under-promise and over-deliver consistently. This careful yet ambitious approach underscores the firm’s commitment to building value and ensuring sustainable growth in their portfolio.
