Samnani Holdings seeks to identify and acquire small and mid bay, single and multi tenant industrial buildings in all capacities including Value-Add, Core and Core Plus and Opportunistic investments.

IVESTMENT SIZE: $1 - $50+ million
HOLD PERIOD: 3 - 5 years for Value-Add, potentially longer holds for specific Opportunistic and Core and Core Plus assets.

Exclusive Resale Listings
Samnani Holdings offers qualified brokers an exclusive sale and/or lease listing on projects they bring to the firm.
Qualifying brokers include those with the requisite background and experience in the market in which the property is located.
Broker Investment Program
Samnani Holdings works with many brokers who are interested in investing in the properties they sell. Through this program, brokers can invest some or all of their earned commission in a deal, offering them an opportunity for strong returns while eliminating the extra risk and time commitment of financing a property on their own.
